Shi Schuberg, Carl's
son, takes over
ownership.

Jeff & Shi
become business
partners.

The 1st female begins
working at Schuberg's bar.

Jeff becomes the
full proprietor.
Brad Rumsey, Jeff's son,
starts cooking in
the kitchen.

2008
Jenn Rumsey,
Brad's wife, begins serving at the bar.

Brad & Jenn become
the next caretakers
